Maybe. But Sony did more recently tout that the PS5 was a monster as opposed to the Xbox One X being referred to as a beast. Could go either way.

Did it live up to expectations? Maybe not but Sony has set that bar so high this gen it was to be expected one game would fall short eventually. Unfortunately I'm somewhere where I can game right now so I can't really have an opinion but will purchase it JUNE 22 as soon as I'm free lol

So I just beat the great ape boss and I actually... Sort of agree with the article. I'd hate to just go buy this game as a casual famer because it looks interesting and I can't even get past the first area. A person who just wants to enjoy the game would never make it past the Great Ape. I love how challenging the game is. It's putting my skills to the test but it is BRUTAL.
Honestly the VR is amazing and I'm glad I jumped in but for 100 million consoles sold 4.2 million isn't groundbreaking but a GREAT ENTRY point to say hey, it's worth investing in towards the future and I can't wait to see them go wireless for the VR2. Im sure Sony is happy with these numbers. I think VR is definitely a possible path for the future of gaming and Sony will be it's trailblazer if Microsoft continues to take a wait and see approach.
