Can you please explain as to why you say it is dated? If it is about graphics then Beyond and TLOU beg to differ, if it is about game play then your statment does not make sense but if it IS about graphics and you truly believe TLOU and Beyond dont look that good then, you as a gamer, have a problem, which means you do not care for game play, making you a graphics whore.
I remember people saying that same thing six years ago about a little console I like to call the PS2, well six years later and it is still going, two years past the predicted 10 year cycle. Sorry bud, but the PS3 is still going to be around for some time.

I am all for great graphics but I when I play a game then, for me, gameplay comes first and if the graphics arent up to PC elitist standards (graphically, because we all know there is no such thing as great gamplay on PC) but is fun then I will be sold, luckly on the PS3 we have it all in the exclusives, great graphics and great gameplay, I just hope the PS4 lives up to that.

No Ironside, no stealth, no buy. I skipped conviction because of the lack of "Splinter Cell" and now that Ironside is out I will skip this one as well.
Multiplayer should be optional not the other way around. That is what I love about Uncharted(and even Killzone), its got a great multiplayer but it is not at the expense of a fantastic SP experience.
