I agree with everyone else on this matter, if they had a legit claim and wasn't trying to patent troll, then why would they wait all this time. Let's face it, this is just a money scheme, plain and simple, another frivolous lawsuit. Wasn't there a thread on this same topic earlier in the day yeasterday, which seems now to have mysteriously vanished on n4g?
If you saw just how big the prototype holographic disc drive was then you would of considered it possible until you learned how to read japanese or could google the picture and translate it, hehe. Which if you look back in the nintendo history on n4g you would find something leading to this site, which is in a partnership with nintendo to do holographic disc drives.

These are the only 2 that I've come across so far that I can't kill and can only "Unconscious" even though I'm point blank range and due to me cheating to make myself a god, I have max possible stats [without causing the game to get stuck at the level up screen every time I level], I hate the fact that the game can make npcs in the game un-kill-able for me, hehe.
