It is total worth it to get into pc gaming and valve's steam store is a great way to start! The best part about tieing your hitch to steam is the great deals valve puts on 2-3 times a week that usually brings pc game prices down by 75% or more (Tropico is only 7.50 right now) and the great holiday deals that sees most of the steam store on sale from 50-90% off!
Take a look at the definite version (aka pc) to see what the game is really about :D 91 > 86.
you could piggyback 3 people :O
zomb update! people have been signing into a bbs server (a phone number people can dial into from a modem) and have found some amazing stuff!!! output from the bbs server http://kevin.fobby.net/port... and the video in full motion you can see maybe a turret and people holding hands http://www.youtube.com/watc... the first 5 secs of the ...
I agree with you on the Baldur's Gate online but I dont think bioware would get the ok from ea to do a niche mmo from my forefathers days :P. But I do think that bioware can rejuvenate the mmo genre by making the mmorpg more about the story then the loot and where better then the star wars universe is there to have a great story take place :D!
Hmm I have a couple of hints. 1) try to use tactics to their full potential (especially on ps3/360 seeming you dont have a gaint spell/action bar like the pc version to put all your spells and such) 2) Friendly fire is disabled by default on the consoles so make good use of the combo spells (grease trap + fire spell = tasty fried darkspawn) check online for a complete list of the combo spells because some are tricking and make no sense together. 3) Finally if you get stuck on a certain part, ...
I always thought DDO would have been a good game for free to play / micro transactions. The mmo was created with a big budget in mind so when you have a great interface, graphics and gameplay that is free to play many people take notice. Also a key thing turbine did right, dealing with the store, was that anything from the store can be bought once you gain enough quest points so taking the extra effort to not pay anything for the game still pays off :D.
Most people think MW2 is so high on the chart because it uses steamworks so every copy that plays online must activate through steam so people could be buying it through stores and then installing through steam.
Dont talk about horror around me lol. I was scared stiff when I fell down the big crack by the gas station in creek and had to fight my way out past all sorts of snorks!
This isnt really even dlc more like a good old fashion pc expansion pack with loads of goodies :D
Go look at the true version of the game (pc) to found how good it really was bud.
atwon if you contact steam support and they see you bought those within a day or so of the sale they sometimes give you the cheaper price ( I bought gta4 a couple of hours before it went on sale and they gave me the 7buck price instead of 40)
ign says ME2>UC2 blasphemy! /s
Holy crud! I think I am going to break down and get the thq pack lol my poor plastic seems to get abused by the steam store weekly.
Also if anyone wants to play some tf2 or l4d add me to steam its majorslinkey.
I think so but not just for this dlc but mainly for the amazing saved game transfer to the 2nd mass effect where you can see your choices pane out into the second game :D
There already is a gender change feature sadly :( lots of over weight men playing skinny Blood Elfs lol!
Has anyone here heard of monetary value fluctuations? For example in Canada last year right before the recession our dollar was near equal with the Usa dollar so our prices of video games ($60) and consoles (arcade $199) were the same but when the recession hit and our dollar dropped game prices jumped to $70 and consoles jumped about 30 bucks. So this exact situation that is happening in the UK has already already happened in Canada last year.
This game is a mmo of sorts so using dedicated servers wouldn't help very much :P!
Valve never did the port of orange box :| talk to EA if you want patches and get off valve's back.
Tropico will follow you around no matter where you go or what you are playing on (as long as it meets the system reqs) you could be playing tropico at home on your current pc and then upgrade to a total new rig years later and still be able to play. Steam keeps a library of all your games that are linked to your account (think of it as like a psn or xbl account) and allows you to play them anywhere there is internet :D
