Wrong, when you select download in background then choose something else it begins downloading the next file for a few seconds before it stops then goes back to the first in the que. It's because of this Uncharted, Bioshock and Red Faction took several attempts to download.
As for Killzone 2, it's practically unplayable right now with all the lag and rocket spam.
As for the PS3 it's NAT2

Bethesda spent lot's of time and money making Operation Anchorage, The Pitt and Broken Steel. I applaud them for this.
It's always nice to have new weapons, quests, characters and locations to see. Preferable than waiting 2-3 years for another game.
