i'm sooo fed up. i accept the fact, that a certain % of every electronic devices are faulty. BUT the real problem is, that Sony just simply sold all of them! that's not acceptable. there are no PS4s to exchange the faulty ones!!! what the hell Sony??? Amazon wrote me, that they send me a new PS4... before the 23rd of December. Thanks, that helps!

This statement doesn't make any sense at all.
Submission means, that the game is ready. They send the code to Sony for submission, if they find any serious bugs or something. When they don't find anything, than the game is ready to release. What's more important: they DON'T change the graphics at this stage. This is not an excuse.:)
