That's just the video. The video was captured at 720p. There are 1080p videos out there.
The very same thing happened to me in November 2007. My PS3, MY XBOX360, all my games and Blu-Rays were jacked. They couldn't get the TV though, it ways 300lbs. Take your time and rebuild. The hardest part for me was getting a new 60gig PS3. Good luck in the future.
My yute.....what does a bad review for Haze have to do with warranting a 360 purchase? 360 has better and more FPS games, but also has more bad ones. Yardies support technological advances always. We don't look backwards. Haze might not be good, neither was a "few" 360 FPS games. Leave it like it should be. Haze didn't turn out good, so lets look forward to the next line up of fortcoming games!
Some games out now might look better now, but not even Crysis or Uncharted has this much physics and rendering running simultaneously. That is what is remarkable about this video. The interactivity between 3d objects, (along with the enhanced collision detection), enhanced lighting and expansive environments is truly a technological showcase for PS3 and the Cell. If this is a game....WOW.

I have both versions of the game, and I can tell you, That comparison video is not correct. Both versions of the game are "practically" identical in most regards, however both versions do not run exactly the same. Both versions have frame hiccups once in a while, but at different sections in the game. The color difference in the video is also due to the display settings on the TV. This is not a graphics issue. Everyone's comment were correct in one form or the other. Compression on a whole is BAD. This is why HD streams are better on some channels versus the others. For XBOX360 games to be even better, developers would need more storage because the processors in the machine CANNOT change. Decompressing data is extremely processor intensive. I am on my third XBOX360. I knew that the 360 had problems right away. My launch unit red ringed on the initial power up! Now, I am versed in computers and their components. I figured, that a new unit could not be faulty and it must be a software/hardware conflict.

Both consoles are awesome. However, most people fail to realize that Sony has over 100 million customers that have yet to make the next gen leap. This just shows, that a tiny price drop and some positive news for Sony can lead to better sales and press than a console with better online services and larger game library.

I knew the Single player Halo 3 would be awesome. Gears of War has now been OFFICIALLY been beaten graphically. HALO 3 looks a generation above all other games weve seen coming out for the 360. I guess I will have to get the version with the helmet!

It is obvious, that RealityGamer is either a troll or a yongster, if he can't tell that Uncharted 2 has way more impressive graphics than Gears 2. Gears 2 uses the Unreal engine, which uses low-poly charcter models and impressive bumpmapping textures. This is why most Unreal games have that "hulking look" to their charcter models. This is all I am going to say in regards to RealityGamer to put him to bed. He can do his own research.
