i got into that area and got the ghost about a month ago and have not been banned. Not saying they haven't banned people for it just that I wasn't one of them.
I'm in the exact same boat as you. Ive only been able to get into one raid and even then only got half way. now everyone on friends list and clan have moved on. Raids needs matchmaking desperately. Add me PSN slazer who knows maybe we will find someone to raid with.

Okay I am officially confused. So im stuck on lvl 29 because my friends have quit playing hence no Raid. So i have to scrap my exotics and get new ones to get higher lvl now. Is this correct? Can someone explain it better for me?

I agree. I played the beta with no problems what so ever. Now I haven't been able to play at all. Tried all the fixes suggested and still nothing. Took me four tries to make my character. Finally get in the game and get kicked in the very begining of the opening mission and could get back on. I finally gave up. I dont know who would disagree with you but its true that it's happening more than just colleges and schools.
Looks like same old stuff to me. I'll pass.

I know. That's why I state in my original post that I like the convenience of not being tethered to the damn controller. Every time you get up you have to take your ear piece off or take the controller with you. Especially if you are just in a chat you have no mobility to walk around. It's a pain in the arse.
How about Bluetooth capability? I enjoy the convenience of not being tethered to the Damn controller. My friends can't afford wireless headsets or a camera so we usually use the PS3 for mics while we are playing on the PS4.
Doesn't seem like the community is all up in arms about it either. Are they(Sony)just trying to sell more headsets or what? SMH.
That's good to know about canceling in transaction history I didn't know that. Now do you get a full refund or just store credit?
Hear in Northern Cali. All 3 PS3's log in fine PS4 wouldn't. Got message ( Sony Entertainment network busy) logged off and tried again and good to go. All is good.

Amazon does charge tax. It depends what state you live in. As of January 1st Amazon charges tax in California due to a law that passed. Just sayin.
Ordered mine in December from the Sony store and just received it today. So I think maybe a restock is coming.
