Lol @crows I asked where microtransactions had been stated....there's tonnes of games with card mechanics that don't use monetization. Perhaps next time you could provide more thought and actually contribute to a conversation
just watched the trailer again as didnt remember any portal....the only thing i can think you are talking about is right at the beginning? if so then lol, you make it sound like its riddled with portals.....and you had to write that much text about a 2 second clip? smh - stop complaining! larian gonna smash this
Slay the spire my most played game....450 hours lol, only game I've ever kept playing after getting the plat....almost got ascension 20 with all characters!
yeah but least those were interesting, W3 plays out like this: follow ciri here, shes gone, follow her there, shes gone (rinse and repeat) then finally find ciri and hang on! shes more powerful than geralt now so doesnt even need help....yawn
pass for me, still the same average combat and while some of the side quests are really good, the main quest is awful - basically a drawn out fetch quest
wow what an average list......played and finished most of those games and dont remember the endings at all (read this as not memorable at all!)....way better selections would be some of the quantic dreams games, supermassive games, latest sherlock holmes....heck even colonels bequest released 30+ years ago i still remember both endings fondly
will likely get downvoted for this but the witcher 3 main story was awful, especially compared to some of the side stories....and let...
you gotta feel for us nz'ers then....US $550 = ~$950 NZD at the moment......was gonna get one anyway, just have to hope the mrs doesnt find out how much it is haha!!
Loved actua soccer back in the day, played it heaps with mates...although if you got the curve controls nailed you could score from just over halfway quite a lot
seeing this headline reminded me of a game i used to play back in the 90s....had to google the name, it was called rockstar and even found a couple of clips of people playing it on youtube.....blast from the past
how about just doing a decent career mode where you start as an amateur and level up your skills along the way....rather than just giving you new clubs or cosmetic items like in the previous game
i usually always play through the game naturally, way more fun and rewarding that way - try to explore everywhere to get collectibles etc, once finished ill look at trophies and any locations for stuff ive missed, usually only a handful so you can generally speedrun through to mop up
tried phoenix point on ps4 and enjoyed it when it worked.....constant crashing (every 2-3 missions) and bugs meant i ditched it pretty quick....gave it another whirl on ps5 when they released the ps5 update and unfortunately nothing was fixed so dont think ill ever touch that again

Where in the article or other news piece does it say about monetization or micro transactions? Sounds like u guys are jumping to conclusions here
Yeah I had this happen too with my drum controller, I ended up attaching a metal strip to it which fixed it up nicely.

One of them had a decent main story, the other was basically a long drawn out fetch quest
@solomnday must be hard not having any decent new games to play and any u are looking forward to are always delayed

VR? Or would that be a bit too nauseating?
if they are worried about pouring $ into it run a kickstarter campaign!!! i'd back it all the way, loved days gone, a real gem for me
