I think Microsoft knows it can't beat sony but they can't let them have both the best hardware and best software. All they can do is reduce the blow. Having the best hardware does push units period. It may not give them the lead but it will sway people too.

If it's installed on your hard drive how is it any different then a disc? It's not like they are deleting from peoples hdd you should think 1st. What happens when u lose the disc or it brakes or is damaged?
This is Nintendo is anyone superised? When was the last time they they made a Developer friendly system? Developer friendly means not making it difficult to port from pc and leading console to their platform. They need to reduce risk, workload, cost, ect on devs end... I have seen some amazing graphics on mobile but I just don't play cell games personally.
