OT this is good. They already allow people to play with different fps. Get on gears 4 or forza I play on pc above 60fps with people on xbox. Im sure people play each other on console with different tvs and resolutions. Options are good. Pc has been doing this for years. If you can afford a 4k tv you should be able to use it. if you have a scorpio you get high fps. Don't like it don't play on pc or x1 simp...

Pc play 30fps and 60fps and 120fps people together all the time. Xbox brand mimic's pc more then console
