Dice are PC developers. If you want to play their games with good quality, you should have a good PC, that's all. It's a miracle that console versions run at all. It's EA that forces them to do console ones
So both versions have very rare slowdowns below 30fps and look smooth 99% of the time. Not clear why 30fps though. Graphics looks the same as Borderlands the Handsome collection and it was 60fps

That's ironic, because PS4 doesn't have a single 1080/60 exclusive. I'm not speaking of remasters, which would run 1080/60 on X1 as well (take Borderlands)
I see it has very good lightning. All the rest comes straight from PS3 - low poly environments, bad skin (i'm not talking about movies where). Still, I have no doubts the gameplay will be king and awesome.
But the game itself does not look better than other games and I don't see open world here unless you mean panoramic screenshots made from bird's view, the game itself still running through a narrow wooden scaffolds

Same for me. I'm playing only NDS games currently, there's plenty of good JRPGs compared to 3DS.
Nintendo games prices are outrageous. I have about fifty games on Xbox One already and very few for 3DS. Nintendo understands nothing in business
After playing Life is Strange and Hitman Go, I think episodic nature of new Hitman is quite OK.
Now this is a good news for my 3DS
