Hi, For Bobbleheads I know the stats remain when they are on display and not in your inventory, as I checked my Charisma is sitting at 9 and I started with 8, and havent invested skill points in stats so its the bobblehead giving that bonus, even in display. Hard to say for magazines, hopefully it's the same concept, that the bonus gets credited to your stats permanently when you pick it up.
It's a really nice touch that you can put your found magazines in a magazine rack and also your bobble heads in display in your settlement. Kinda makes me want to find everything on that basis alone, other than the sweet bonuses to stats you get!
Lol Fallout sold 12 million day one and steam statistics suggest that 12 times more people were playing fallout as compared to COD at any given point. So who exactly was negatively effected here. I'll make it easy for you: it wasn't Fallout

Well I've put in 50 hours so far, and a full time job. But i guess I can manage because I'm single and stuff, so I only occasionally set time aside to eat and stuff!
Gameplay was very decent at first but the open world was dull and lifeless. When I was nearing the end of Africa I was hoping to go to another continent like Europe. Instead you go back to Afghan and do the same missions with different conditions. Just plain lazy level design. He should have gone linear and given the story more attention!

It's worth 60 dollars to the people who will be buying it, otherwise they wouldn't pay for it in the first place. I do think it's worth 60 for the experience to me. Why? because I have an opportunity to play multiplayer with my friends again and we haven't played together for a long time. Just because the game is not worth 60 in your eyes doesn't mean everyone sees it the same way

Yeah he seems like a bit of a noob, dont know whats so hard about the leveling system, its pretty straight forward, one surely should know beforehand where you focus your points on depending how you should play. and the difficulty is fair, I only had trouble with one boss fight, a guy called Kellogg but other than that, theres no real unforgiving difficulty.
