Same here I bought RDR a year ago for ps3, I've played about an hour of it so far so it has been in the backlog for awhile
Please note that Fiscal 2019 means anywhere between 1 April 2018 - 31 March 2019 (the company's financial year) so that does not neccesarily mean it will release 2019, but yeah that basically does rule out Jan - March 2018

Of course it doesn't,the remaster has high resolution textures and improved lighting effects, the emulator simply .runs the original ps2 game at a higher resolution, so how can it look better?

Your examples illustrates his point. Nier was published by Square Enix and Bayonetta 2 by Nintendo. Both Japanese pubs and both were masterpieces. Whilst TMNT was published by Activision and Scalebound by Microsoft. Both were failures

People are disappointed that valve hasn't put a big focus on making games. Had they not pulled their resources into steam, it wouldn't be what it is today, you can say they played a big hand in the rising popularity in pc gaming. Also free online , regular sales , server almost never crashes, so the answer is a no trainer really
