I haven't played shadow of the colloses or ICO and I never really followed TLG since it was revealed, only knew about in recent times since the rumours have come about. Anyway, from a newcomers perspective here, it looked intersting to me and There wasn't much wrong with the graphics I thought, so it's a must buy for me.
Now that I got my refund I'm tempted to buy the ps4 version this weekend but I'm torn about whether WB deserves any of my money at all

BC is a very nice feature, there's no two ways about it, bit if you wanna win the console war you gotta bring out appealing current gen games. Hopefully Scalebound, phantom dust and Quantam break are appealing new IPs that offer an alternative to Halo gears Forza.

It will only die once the 600 games from my library disappeared, PC gamers get charged to play multiplayer, and we're forced to pay 60 bucks for every new release. Just because one game was poorly done by a bunch of kids who got their degrees out of a crackerjack box doesn't make PC gaming inferior, or have you forgotten about SF4 s broken release, and some games like the witcher 3 that can't even hold 30 frames, can I say console gaming is dud as well?

Could have fooled me. Seems like there was no testing involved on the outsourced project. Just because you outsource the work doesnt mean you shouldnt test it, because at the end of the day your name is on the game's cover. The least they could have done is run it on a few different AMD and Nvidia setups
BC is a big deal; I decided to invest in a xbox one console after E3; as a PC gamer I always liked the option of downloading games fr the previous generation. There are plenty of xbox 360 games id like to play as well, especially the rare games; but while I wait for that feature to become available I'm currently enjoying Sunset Overdrive
Agreed, but downloading the latest video card driver seems to fix the issues for my Nvidia card anyway. And let's not bring up Ultra Duper street fighter on ps4, runs like a boss on PC
Not ideal for most people, and I completely agree with you having a Gsync myself, but I read on steam you can edit the ini to increase the frame cap. Cant comment if that fixes it as the game is still downloading on my system
I should have listened to my gut feeling and bought for playstation, but I got the game key on the cheap, still downloading. I never learnt my lesson from MKx bah. Also downloading the nvidia drivers so I am hoping it plays okay as soon as it's ready

Anyhow the game runs better if you tweak the max frames in the ini file and switch anti aliasing off, a temporary workaround till they fix it
Dammit I knew I should have got it for playstation! but the cd keys deal was too enticing. I just hope they fix it soon
