Sweet!
This -> " Imagine, for example, you were playing Call of Duty and you decided you’d prefer to use the AK-47 from Battlefield. This concept would mean that within the Call of Duty ecosystem, you could buy that Battlefield gun and begin playing with it. "
71 characters, but I reckon I will only stick to two or three. The same two or three I played back on N64.
As long as the story feels complete, that's good news!
It’s $230 as someone else chipped in more. I would Not go hunting , but would be cool to stumble on it
It’s actually $230 now.
Been ages since I played this game, but with so many planets, maybe it will never get found?
There's no way it won't come back at some point in the future, but sounds like it will be a different dev behind it. I'm ok with that, Resistance always felt paper-thin as an FPS under Insomniac.
This is the good DRM he is talking about. The one where you own the rights, not the publisher.
Nice post. Never experimented with the PSTV stuff and I thought Gaikai was ultimately a failure. Put me in the "either not realize" camp - but I'm going to go do some more research.
RackSpace? Never heard of them.
I used to say the same thing about my CDs and DVDs. Swore I would never get digital. Now...

Plus, the ownership of anything (the game, in-game content, stuff you've customised, character you've levelled-up, etc.) goes to the player. It's not licensed for use, but truly owned. So you can basically trade, sell, transfer or whatever else you want a...
Rub them up and down a cactus
Perfectly suited game for it. Would be Epic if Epic pushed true in-game ownership as a feature.
Super interesting idea for a platformer. I wonder how long this game goes for and if they can keep it interesting all the way through.
I just want to know how much of our CPU resources it takes up running the thing while you play.
