More innovative use of physics (i.e. real structural damage) and larger, more diverse worlds. Achieve that and I'll be there.

Treyarch proved itself worthy with Black Ops - think there will be a love-in for IW/Sledgehammer Games when MW3 hits though
Can't wait to see more CryEngine games - Ryse looks ok, but bring original Crysis to consoles! Oh, and a CE3-powered RPG!
