It's not for everyone but form a hardcore battlefield player perspective it's nice to see the small changes visceral has made. The game is really fun and if you loved battlefield 4 I recommend you at least rent it and give it a shot. An example of a small tweak is just something like the load times they are about 10-15 seconds long, far improving battlefield 4's load times.

Exactly if I buy a game and it was an amazing experience that lasted 8 hours sweet! It's about quality look at the unfinished swan awesome game about 2 hours long, but worth every dollar in my opinion.

Lol it's all cosmetic none of the dlc gives you as a player any benefit. If cosmetic thing's are enough to turn you off to a game completely then you will be missing out on a lot of games.

It's funny how the comment sections of every evolve post turns into a bash fest lol. The game is amazingly fun if you have four people to play and coordinate with, if the dlc is not for you DON'T BUY IT! But people saying the game is trash might turn gamers who would enjoy the game off to it, and in my opinion that's the worst part about all the bashing.
It got a 9 because people are reviewing it on it's own merits. Do you know how hard it would be to make a 4v1 game balanced and fun? Everyone just wants to judge the game based on the dlc which is completely optional and not needed at all. Or the FACT that the game is repetitive which is again an opinion and not absolute just because some people fell that way. Evolve is an amazing feet in game design, do you know how hard it would be to make a 4v1 game balanced and fun? They took the idea they had in left 4 dead and blew it up 10x bigger. Just because the dlc pricing is poor or the game just isn't for you personally, does not mean you have to bash it for no apparent reason.
