the price is 40$ for the downloadable game and 60 for the disc one.
the reason of the delay is that the 3fixme have crappy dvd drive and the dvd discs only have 8 gigs so rockstar prefer to delay the game 6months and find a way to fit it in a crappy 8 gigs dvd (stupid decision) than just not pay attention to microsoft and release the game in the ps3 this october and delay the 360 version to april......stupid rock*...

who cares about the framerate for example GTA: San Andreas ran at 25fps and everyone loved that game, played fine and the graphics were impressive in its moment and ran at 25fps!!!!!. So the 360 version may be more smoother but the ps3 version will play very good too.
