Not all are 1st party...

But yes, MANY of them only make games for PlayStation so more than 15 exclusives wouldn't exactly be surprising.

Not to mention all the studios Sony has that have MULTIPLE internal teams working on different games.

eg.

SSM: GOW team/Stig's team

ND: Uncharted 3 team/TLOU team

GG: Killzone SF team/New IP team/Killzone Mercenary team
