You can't say that stuff. People here created a whole scenario in their head based on him answering 'yes' when asked if you could play with your friends. But just keep leaning back to that statement when acknowledging that it was made very clear that multiplayer was never a component in this game. Common sense is a clear waste of time with these people.
Uhm I've seen hundreds of people and critics complain about those very two things. Saying crap like 'it's a huge universe with nothing to do' or 'they lied we were promised we could play with our friends'. Heavily detailed....mmo......deep story.
Doubt that very much, apparently people were expecting a heavily detailed MMO with a deep story where you can see 18 quintillion planets that all look completely different. Basically nothing the game was ever supposed to be, not to mention completely impossible.
You've shown nothing but straw grasping nonsense. It's been very clear from day one that this game was single player exploration and multiplayer if any was completely circumstantial. Never once was it portrayed as even a viable option and all that gets thrown aside and you want to label the advertising as fraudulent. Once again I say, you have nothing and there is zero irony here.

Hello games delivered the game they promised. People's inability to pay attention to the clear details that were provided is completely on them. My expectations were also high, and they were met. But anyone complaining about lack of content had no clue what this game was ever supposed to be about. They wanted a game that with today's technology is not even possible to make.

Every negative review is bashing this game for being exactly what it was supposed to be. How the hell do these idiots get publicly acknowledged as professionals, this garbage belong on the list of amazon reviews.
I got lucky and snagged a late stock of the limited edition on amazon. I absolutely cannot wait for this to ship on Friday this looks like one hell of an experience. I've read multiple attempts to downplay this by what appear to be silly trolls and there's zero basis for their criticism. This is opening up so much more potential for future games and will be remembered as one of the more important games ever made. Probably gonna give uncharted 4 a run for its money for goty.
Amazon gave me a second chance and restocked after I made a huge mistake in cancelling my limited edition pre order. I can already tell this will be my go to game for killing time.
