GPU computing offers unprecedented application performance by offloading compute-intensive portions of the application to the GPU, while the remainder of the code still runs on the CPU. From a user's perspective, applications simply run significantly faster. Where do you think the GPUs are at for the computing? Instead of being server side, they are are user hardware side in your Xbox One.

I played the stress test beta last week, and it was ok. After character selection, and modification you start the game during a prision break and you are tasked with choosing a weapon then fighting some flame atronachs and undead. After that you free some guy bound with magic and escape with him. I did not get beyond that point because of the server going up and down intentionally by the developers. But the gameplay was some what similar to skyrim, and absolutely not. I did not like the fact ...

Yep, and the help will be temporary given PCs are constantly improving. Your console is what you have from day one to the last day it is made. Chips internally may improve with smaller less power and heat requirements, but the CPU, GPU, and memory will be the same.
