if you have it perloaded already from psn the patch is already applied. you can tell by going to the game and hitting options then information and it lists the version as 1.02

god will the fanboy war ever stop. its getting kind of pathetic at this point worrying about how one console will do in a county. if MS sells well in china good for them. if sony sells well good for them. in the end though neither company is going anywhere and they are both in it for the long haul. both consoles bring something different to the table and we should respect that. to each their own. just enjoy what you have.

its not that i cant beat it in a year it just the past couple of AC got old and stale for me. unity looks good but with games like destiny, driveclub, and farcry coming out i wont have the time or money to play this. end the long run i will probably buy it when it is on sale for 20 dollars and there is nothing else to play.
i love my sony pulse elites. the gold limit edition ones are pretty sexy as well.
the wiiu version is by far the best looking of the 3. even phil spence said it "wiiu is the shiz and i wish the xbox one would look half as good as the wiiu"

bought this game and traded it in after 3 months. got old quick. solid game but just didn't have enough variety. all the cars felt the same and once you learn where the repair shops are it becomes to easy to lose the cops.
im still excited for this game and i cant wait till the 9th. i read somewhere though that the reason they went with 30fps is because they wanted the experience to be the same across all platforms. i really wish they wouldn't have done that because after playing several games at 60fps it really does make a difference imo.
i know some people will say that 30fps is fine, and more power to them but the fact is that both the next gen consoles could have done 1080p 60fps if it...

i really do like this game but they need to fix the loot system. im a level 27 titian and have over 80 hours in the game and i have friends that are level 16 with exotics and legendary weapons. i on the other hand have yet to get 1 exotic and all my legendary engrams turn to blues and greens.
