I like how the bottom of the article claims L4D was released yesterday, heh heh.
They're probably using some slightly higher quality models for the survivors. They do this with the "Meet the:" videos for TF2. Knowing Valve, there will be a command to activate these in-game, or they'll finally add an option for it, instead of you having to do it through the console.
This wasn't meant to have a super serious story-line.
But it's there for those who really strive for one.

Yeah, it might of been for a quick buck. But I think they had too much faith in EA. I'm pretty sure they would never have had the PS3 version in the first place if they knew this would happen.
But about the consequences, yeah, you're right. The majority of people wouldn't see this coming, and despite whether they did or didn't see the consequences, there never should of been consequences in the first place.

Valve is not a PS3 developer. EA Got the Orange Box on the PS3.
People who have the Orange Box for the PS3 should be happy it's on the console in the first place. If it wasn't for EA, it wouldn't even be near the PS3.
Valve is NOT a developer that makes games for both consoles. Valve creates games for the PC and the 360. That's it. If you're going to point any fingers about the PS3 version, point them to EA. Like already said, without EA, the PS3 version wouldn't...
