-Games are in high def, Blu-Ray quality
-Great option as a regular Blu-Ray player if you can't afford the games
-HDMI support
-Upgrading the hard drive is very easy and affordable
-Free online game play
-Playstation 2 backwards compatibility (you might be better off playing them on the actual PS2)

Cons:

hmmm well atleast Naruto Shippuden is a lot better then Naruto and they finally got to the good part currently airing
