That's why it says there allocation has been reduced not increased! There is no way that Micrsoft wants another price drop this early on there already selling cheap. They have shipped alot of consoles but many still sit on shelves...
Lower shipping targets meens that they aren't selling like they hoped whichever way you or Microsoft look at it, they might have shipped millions but there's still millions sitting on shelves...
PS3 is the best console hardware wise, looks wise and in the next year it will be games wise. The media will do a total u-turn leaving the xbox fans licking there wounds as sony releases all it's ace cards. Same every generation including PS1 and PS2, what makes PS3 so different it's just come out and needs time please xbox fans grow a brain CELL...
Looks like they built this one on xbox360 again then ported it over to PS3, that's the advantage for 360 because it's easyer to develop for good job i'm not one bit interested in this game. bring on Sony's inhouse games and i can always pick this up for my 360 if i'm really desperate...

If you lke PS3 you get abuse for it all the time, which is kinda strange being PS1 and PS2 were the most succesful consoles, sorry for still having faith the third time around ;)

This is a game i will be picking up for my 360 if the gameplay is as good as the graphics, I always did have high hopes for this one and so far could be the best game since Gears...
wtf just read it's not out till the second half of the year I thought it was spring sometime? damn might not be getting it after all then... Sony needs to start and premote things so early but I know they've got a gameplan, Heavenly Sword is going to be the big milestone mark my words...
ha thammer your a funny guy but it still doesn't pull away from the fact that i have the right to post this article just as much as the right for there to be one about bad PS3 sales... i'm not going to write an essay in my defence because i've already been through how much quality there is going to be on PS3 by the end of the year and i'm still waiting to see what microsoft is going to have to match it on my 360, gears is good but it's not the be all and end all...

WTF are you talking about the original article was about everyone's sales and PS3 was selected out even though it's doing better than 360 so he's my version of the article... Plus PS3 sale aren't bad anyway there better than PS2's were doing at the start before the big games came out so how there bad is lol... remember xbox sold over 20million units at one point till nobody...
Just evening this out friend LIKE I SAID there was one published about bad PS3 sales so where's the one about bad 360 sales? We already know PS3 sales are better than 360 sales in Japan are they not? Yeah but the guy even admits that you need space for proper HD graphics, just because he doesn't want 1080p is not the point. He says that his game would have to be multi-disc on 360. He doesn't say anything bad about PS3 hardware just that it's difficult to develop on. Hard but powerful and with plenty of space and MGS4...
agreed zone Resistance hasn't got a touch on gears as a 360 owner only in the physics and draw distance, but it's a luanch title that has been pushed out early think about if it was coming out the same time as motorstorm and F1, even Jaffe comments that Sony compensates for this by paying the studio extra for there not being many units around at the time. if you look at the software library for Sony in the coming year it's going to outweigh xbox360's with some seiously quality games. then if ...
