For everybody that doesn't understand. This guy is not suing for 5 million by himself. Class action means that everyone that brought the game can be a part of the suit and get some small portion of money. Even if he does when he will no get that money by himself, it will be held for others to share.

Watchdogs selling better on 360 than X1 is not a surprise. 80 million consoles compared to what can at best be called 5 million. It is also not a surprise it is selling best on PS4. They are doing damage control, so people on xbox will buy their game. What good is selling to a new audience if you lose 30% to 60% of your old fan base. Between game development and marketing it cost $500 million. They have to nip any negative perceptions in the bud. That is a lot of money to make back much less make a profit on a new IP.

@Archangel Oh I agree full heartedly that it is just business, but you must remember HALO and Bungie are held in very high esteem by some and they don't see it that way.
The main difference between Sunset overdrive and Destiny is that Insomniac has no expectations what so ever that PS4 owners will by it. The game is funded from start to finish by MS. Destiny is funded by Activision. They want and expect 360 and XB1 owners to buy the game and DLC. Trouble is they are pissing off half of their potential market. Who cares about petitions. Most likely it will just end up as a game that sells well on Sony platforms and struggles on MS platforms.
