i understand the constant delays, after all, being a MMO if its not good off the bat people wont stick around for the updates they will just move on
but saying that, it does feel like this game has been delayed for years and years
since this is getting delayed again, all i have to look forward to this year is a PSPhone and even that has not been confirmed, heres hoping sonys E3 comes with megaton announcements

besides who's to say the touchscreen isn't for a PSPhone or PSP2?
i have not heard anything to suggest it isn't still coming, if any thing the PSPhone will more then likely be here before a PSP2, unless the PSP2 and PSPhone is the same thing....
most gamers just want a PSP2/PSPhone, whether it comes last or first in some race only fanboys care about is a non issue
also, using your own logic, nintendo should have given up after the gamecube, same goes for microsoft
the only reason for a touchscreen on a PSP is to bring games that were simply put, impossible to do on older psps or to add phone functions for a PSPhone

peoples imaginations and interest in "new tech" is fueling the natal hype but make no mistake, if the games are meh, theres lag etc, the hype can only go so far before even casuals wake up
also, no ps3 fan is panicking, 360 fans among others are just overhyping a unproven controller, if natal is everything M$ wants us to believe then fair enough, but nothing shown yet proves this
no doubt, sony will have to put out some awesome ads to show what move can...
as usual, if you are only using the US to measure popularity then you have failed
Natal has the "new, shiny" effect and im sure the casuals will eat it up, assuming its issues are resolved
and yeah, to the uninformed move looks like more of the same but once the hype slows down for both motion devices and they are judged purely on what they can do and games available, thats when i'll take notice
also, even though some of you are 360 fanboys are you really going to buy natal knowing what games are coming?
