Yes the PC version is always the best IF you have a very good PC, BUT: Sound? Wtf? The sound is on every system the same. You can buy a 5.1 Headset for console too, also the gameplay is the same , i dont understand that point. And the online infrastructure is on console better (less time to connect a game) and you dont need origin as example.

Multiplayer gameplay runs on 60fps i heard today.

Nah, i dont think the Fifa bundle is a big point. The most people don't even know that it comes free. Hell, the most people will buy Ps4 + Fifa14, because its still 40€ cheaper, especially when the parents or grandmas are buying it for Xmas. And Playstation has in general always dominated in europe, especially Germany, France, Spain, Italy. Microsoft has no more a homebase like Sony has with Japan. They are fucked when even in the US people prefer the PS4.
