Sure. Theyre 'multiplat' but their still ports.
SC, AC2 and ME2 for PC were released way after the console versions, due to the whole 'porting' process.

I restrict judgment as i havn't played any of the ported games propper, but now i think i'll have to pick up AC2 and Splinter Cell. (even though i fucking hate what they did with SC) Theyre all pretty cheap nowadays so it's not so bad.
Fable3 is the next Console to PC port that interests me greatly.
Running still looks gammy in places, but i loves the look of the first and third acts.
Splash hill's music is the best of the game so far.
