This has actually been my favorite generation of gaming. Tons of great games and new IPs, Uncharted, Gears, Infamous, Assassins Creed, Resistance, Bioshock, La Noire, Red Dead...
I don't buy alot of DLC and i don't ever feel as if im missing out. Its usually just hashed out side missions and crap. I'll buy expansions like Undead Nightmare, Festival of Blood... but thats really it.
Online passes don't bother me because i dont buy used games.
im 5 hours in and im not really compelled to go back. A tleast there is like zero story so when i come back to it at a later date i wont be lost.
just buy new, i don't get it. So you buy a game used and save what 5 bucks? cmon now. Or just wait like 2 weeks and the game will be down $10 and you can buy it new.
it's really not that big of an advantage. If you're good at shooters and have good accuracy it doesn't matter what controller you use.

online passes don't bother me at all. I almost never buy used games, i like team keep my things clean and used game cases are always sticky and the disks scratched. Amazon usually has deals on games so that's where I buy. I never go to gamestop anymore, even when you buy new games alot of times there already unwrapped for some reason, gamestop sucks.
I wouldn't call it the biggest disappontment but it's not as good as I hoped it would be. I'd say Socom 4 is the biggest disappointment, for me atleast.
Ok so your game will run perfectly? no texture pop in, no screen tearing, and no frame rate drops?
The only company that i would take a comment like this seriously is Naughty Dog. Their games are flawless all these other devs talk but when their game comes out its riddled with bugs and graphical issues (RAGE). Until they make a great looking game without any pop in, screen tearing... they can shut it. They haven't maxed out shit!
