console games may or may not be all in 60fps. I don't think they will be. Devs will want to squeeze out all the juice and won't want to waste resources. I imagine all ps4 games at 1080p, 60fps then as ps4 gets old(and some don't think it can get old)devs would have to start lowering the FPS?? This would be a huge ...

I think it sucks that MS opened a new studio to make a FPS. As if there are not enough of them.
But I understand xbox games tend to like shooter more than any other console platform. Also I like the name black tusk.
