Dude steam updates my games in the background while I play or I can choose not to update and still play unlike consoles. Convenience of a console is plug and turn on not plug and play anymore. PC is very convenient.
lol it would cost more to buy a pre built one though.
PC gamers were not born knowing how to build a pc.. Seems in todays world learners are a dying breed & everyone wants to be treated like an apple customer.
If you can put together legos then you could build a pc.
If not don't worry console gamers will be playing pc games through the cloud soon. That way less and less people will have the knowledge of how to build one = happy people...

steam > both.. psn & xbl don't give me 85,000+ skyrim mods & 50,000+ portal 2 puzzles or free cloud saving or free discounts or the ability to make a short film with the game engine I play on or the right to vote what games I want on the store or not(just announced last night by gabe) or the convenience of having a separate UI for a 40 tv (big picture mode) & a 25inch montior. Both psn & xbl kinda fail. since one is subpar and the other is not free.

Sorry has he seen Crysis 3 dx11? How would one get that on iPad? PC is not mainstream so as far as casual small games goes ipad is competing with facebook games not real pc games.. I really wish Epic was in charge because they make the best games not the most accessible engine.. Mediocre devs..
