Haha. But you know when it does, it will be polished beyond belief.
Hell yeah, a game with a dark and gritty tone is so sick. One of my favorite examples is fuel depot from gears 1. I remember my first match ever, I was the last one on my team, and there was one guy on the other team as well. I was so scared and timid to even make a move, when I finally did, my head got sniped clean off, and I flew out of my seat. The game`s multiplayer just gave off an eerie sense of loneliness, knowing that it`s only 4 of you. Damn, that was some good ass multiplayer.
I know a lot of you hate the Gears of War series, but Gears 1 is one my favorite games this generation. This was the first true next generation game. It had awesome graphics, awesome gameplay, awesome 2 player co-op, awesome multiplayer, awesome everything. Playing this sh*t on Live in it`s early days was such a blast. A very influential game this generation, don`t get it twisted.
Pretty sad that when live is down, it`s people`s first instinct to google it to figure out what`s wrong. How about stepping out into the warm sunshine, and taking a walk instead? It`s probably all the stupid f*ckin` kids freaking out because they can`t play video games on their day off.
With my experience, ignorance hurts the industry the most. Not everybody can be like us, researching, watching videos, reading articles, staying well informed. We make up a very small gamer population. Most "gamers" I know, are nothing more than sheep following the herd, playing the most popular games simply because everybody else is. That`s what hurts the industry...in my experience.
Cool? Now, if that were an actual mosquito getting zapped in slow-mo, I would have loved it.
Not many. For this gen, I`d say MGS4, LBP, ME1, Uncharted 2, Fallout 3, Gears 1.
When the initial excitement of the game release dies down, my opinion almost always changes. I beat ME2 in two days, a little over 30 hours. Right after I beat it, I would have given it a 9.8. Now, after I`ve let the experience sink in, it`s a 9.0. I have absolutely no desire to go through it again. It`s quite a great game, and did a lot of things right, but it certainly get`s a little too much credit.
Yeah,I know. I logged on for the first time in a while, and I was like "whoa!". There were at least a couple thousand people. Good for killzone 2.
Yeah, Killzone 2 trumps it.
I have my concerns about next generation.
I played it for like 5 minutes then turned it off. It has some weird ass controls, and you just swim around. Kinda odd, but whatever it`s free.
Oh wow. I didn`t know it was that big of a difference.
Anybody have a list of sony and MS first party studios?
Woot. I just got it. I always have liked free stuff.
I had a helluva a time searching for the Yakuza 3 demo.
I have 3, all for PS Store regional exclusive content. It literally takes 2 minutes to whip up a new account.
Don`t get your hopes up people, it probably wont be a game announcement.
I dunno, it`s probably just the ridiculous amounts of hype for both games messing with my head. Yet again, the hype train is clouding my judgment. I take back what I said, as Sony must have something ready to show.
Nope, all you need to do is praise the 360, and you are automatically a troll.
