I have paid for 70+ or so digital 360games (not including the Gold freeies) out of my pocket, I would love for my games to come with me to a new and better box, and not be trapped on the old one. Or even to my PC for that matter.
It would be more than nice to unhook another box from my tv, and either trade it in or see if my daughters want an Xbox Arcade Box.
People go nut without options.
Lets See..
Xbox One controller
1.) USB/Wired Controller (works without batteries)
2.)AA Batteries will eventually have to change them, but don't worry uses batteries efficiently. So you won't have to worry about changing them in a day or 2
3.) Like others have said, just grab a play and charge kit and enjoy.
I'm a PS4 owner, and let me tell u this..
KILLZONE SUCKS.. NOT EVEN GOOD AS A LAUNCH TITLE..
Unless u mean, "Sony is showing how pretty games can look on the PS4" launch games.
ShadowFall is horrible... It's the one game I won't go back to play.
I'll hop back into Resogun, DC mmo, and WarFrame from launch. But I refuse to even bother with KillZone
Why would they have to ask Sony? You know the exact terms of the contract or something? Don't get me wrong Sony could have a contact drawn out that makes it exclusive (6-12months)
But it would cost them big if they were to go FULL exclusive. And I doubt Sony is willing to go this route.
@abzdiine That was the whole point, the "Mysticism" of the game. That luck, faith, etc., would not be on Laura's side.
And I am old enough to have played the old TR games and let me tell you, only 3 of them were good.
The rest were horrid controls, bad camera angles, and horrid frame dropping mess.
this is a bitter article by a bitter author...
These are the lamest reasons/excuses, to judge a trailer and minimal gameplay [shown] on.
1.) I'm happy that Laura's look changes. Humans do tend to do that ya know.
2.) Of course this is kind of the idea. Ya know, to chronologically show someone who progresses in life into what they do, into what they become.
3.) Just nitpicking, I like the way (and millions of others) l...
I use it. and love it. I have the OG 60GB PS3 (which recently YLOD'd on me) When my PS2 died on me, I still played my games on the PS3, since it had full back/compat and all.
When Microsoft allowed select OG Xbox games on the 360, I went right back to Jade Empire instantly still love it to this day.
There is no Mass Effect or Red Dead Redemption series for the current gen yet, so to be able to still play them without having a ton of boxes under the tv i...
@Berserker boy...
Yes it should be a big deal, as investors (who invest in Microsoft) don't believe in giving anything away free.
Halo 5' budget is about the highest in Halo history (accordingly to Microsoft at least) so to give away free maps (that they could easily charge $5-$10 for, is a big deal.
You think the developers who signed on, are doing this for free?
So to pay developers all this money for extensive wor...
what a dumb reply that has nothing to do with what Halo is doing in this aspect.
A misleading title, that gets people like you easily riled up.
How about going to read the source material thats straight from "The Horses Mouth"
And if Microsoft doesn't follow through with it, then throw a temper tantrum...
I love how people read to title of a post (Which is very misleading) and take that as fact.
Josh basically saying "Here is free perks for giving us your time"
These perks can only be used in certain gameplay modes to ensure 'fair play' in certain gameplay.
it doesn't cost you any $$$ for these items.
Did you even read the article... It's all in game items for basically playing the game.
Its basically "Here's items for playing our game and giving us your time."
i get the analogy, but the author is going to have a ton of fanatics on his hands with that one.
I still have my 360 hooked up for
Zuma (which now works on my One)
Mass Effect (which now works on my One)
Fight Night (hopefully it makes the cut)
Mass Effect 2&3
Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom III
Castle Crashers
Shadow Complex
Jade Empire (from OG Xbox days)
And that's just a few.. I have over 70 digital titles form the 360 and I like to go back to them from time to time.
@MrBubbles.
I have a PS4.. please show me the abundance of awesome first party games.
I'll wait.
I got Bloodborne, infamous (I'm a infamous fanboy and was disappointed in second son)
If I could pound through the backlog in between games releases (on one box) then I'm all for it...
My favorite is Magicka so far (love it on PC as well) and I'm also liking transistor
What a great move on Microsoft's part.
THis is a dumb article, if they can get at least half my 360 digital library (around 90 digital titles) faves to my One, I would re-purpose my 360 to my daughters room as a media box/XBLA box.
they could enjoy the smaller 360 arcade games, and get access to my plex server/netflix/amazon from their room
Thank u Phil. I paid $500 for my One w/Kinect, and wanted Kinect.
All I ever asked is, that u support what u sell.
If people dont like Kinect that's cool, pay it no mind.
Not everything is for everyone.
people honestly care about Sony nabbing the CoD deal.
"Sinking Ship", The Xbox One is easily outpacing it's older brother (Xbox 360) in sales at the same time period is a "Sinking Ship".
Am I missing something?
So TV TV TV , BRO SHOOTER... I've seen this somewhere before.. can't quite put my finger on it...
So I guess this is a good thing now??
I did, before my Original 60GB,PS3 YLOD' on me, I love playing Shadow of Colossus and Ico (this was before the remasters were even made)
I played a ton of my old PS2 games because the PS3 didn't have them. FFVII, FFX, and Onimusha.
So BC is a big deal to me. I don't want a million boxes on my tv.
Love the fact that games arent tied to the box. Especially digital games
