It's not online co-op the games need, it's more of splitscreen online play, or even just splitscreen offline. My buddies and I are always playing Warhawk for the simple fact that it has splitscreen online.
Playing with your buddies in the same room combined with online play is a great feature that way too many games are missing out on taking advantage of.
Enough acronyms in the title?
Maybe next generation MS will release in the same year as the other consoles. It will make for a much better competitive year and both companies will be able to compete.
A funny thing about the Chun Li movie is that I had lowered my expectations so far on it that I thought there was no way it could possibly be worse than I thought it would be... and it still shattered them. I mean, obliterated them. It was so bad I would recommend watching it just for the sake of how bad it was. And to actually give the JCVD one some props for not sucking THIS badly.
I mean, wow. Then at the end of the movie they mention a tournament with "some guy nam...
I'd say part of the reason is because older people won't justify the expense of buying a PSP when they already have a home console. Handheld devices are for travel mostly, or maybe for the gamer's emergency fix in case of a power outage.
The DS is geared towards kids; and parents, knowing that the DS is more kid-friendly than the PSP, will buy the DS for their kids instead of the PSP.
Obviously this isn't the sole reason, but it's definitely a factor I would gue...
My house has a Wii. Last time it was played: January during New Year's time.
Last time Killzone was played: today.
I don't think any hardcore gamers will give Conduit a chance and rightfully so; the only reason it's getting attention is because it's just a change from the ordinary on the Wii, as if hardcore gamers simply buy FPSs because they like games like COD, Halo, Killzone.
It won't sell well, though it might rent well, just for everyone's curiosity sake...
The idea is interesting but the ground game in Warhawk is fun, so I would hope they do something to still incorporate it. I would definitely think though that the game will not be dogfighting only. They have to know that's what makes Warhawk so great, the fact that you can do whatever you're best at and still contribute to the whole team effort.
Yeah, "helped" me not buy it! lol
Which honestly sucks, because no one wants to play either game. Play the good game with the fake players or the crappy game with the real players? Both options suck and as far as videogame football is concerned, I'm not going to play it again until it gets reviews back above 9.4.
Enough with this mediocrity, it isn't worth even $30 anymore. I used to shell out for the regular roster updates each year but I just laugh at anyone who thinks this game compares to the golden ag...
Just stick with the previous gen Maddens if you want a decent one to play. I bought last year's for PS3 (after they finally gave it 60fps) but it still sucks. They need competition to make the game better but instead they extend the contract to keep out the competition.
The NFL should know better, because if a game sucks for a few years in a row it will continue to suck. If it weren't for the reputation (which EA is slowly killing) of Madden, this game would be laughed off t...
Considering they have the same graphics power I'd say they're competing. We're talking about 2 last-gen consoles here.
I'd hate myself if I were a 360 owner
Well I prefer open source, not paying. I prefer not being nickel and dimed for everything and anything that can be nickel and dimed. And I prefer quality over "bigger and louder."
I always hope for another ninja-styled stealth game, I was never fully satisfied with the Tenchu games. The AI was always idiotic and well, that was enough of a reason for it to fall below expectations.
Why has no other developer tried to make a better game like this? Honestly, ninja-stealth action just seems by far the most underused game genre. It should almost be an entire genre on it's own. I'd really like to see a more realistic styled ninja-stealth game.
If you have the 360, how much have you paid so far to play online? $150? That's a shame. I've paid $0. So your console has now cost more than mine, and mine's only getting better.
Ahhhh... and no I've got nothing against 360 fans, I just don't like Microsoft, that's all it is.
What's wrong with a lot of you? The guy is simply offering up a viewpoint. He's not a troll or something; damn, people!
Yep can't forget about Warhawk. Do anything you want while playing 4 player splitscreen action online.
Seriously, all games should have 4 player splitscreen online.
I don't care how it looks, PS2/Xbox1 Madden is still better than this next-gen Madden. I don't play any Madden at all anymore, yet somehow I have like 3 copies of Madden 2004 around my house, seriously lol.
Meanwhile, I'm still paying $0 per month for PSN. Move on.
Fix madden and the sales will come back. I owned all of last generation's Maddens, but I've only owned one from this generation and I returned it well early because it sucked.
