Probably those articles that the developers said xbone can only do 1600x900 20fps.
How could it be a draw when it been proven ps4 is % 30 better than xbone cause ps4 can do 1080p 30fps and xbone do only 1600x900 20fps on the same work load.
In fact ign build a pc with a ps4 and a xbone spec and the winner is ps4 by a land slide.
