How in the hell would you know if they have plan or not. It is very simple, MS wanted to announce the specs early so the devs can get a head start with this thing. So as soon as the console lunches, games would be ready too.
And how in the hell it is just name! Didn't they announce all the specs? Components would match the specs, pretty simple.
This is not like IPhone 7 & 8, it is more like 7 and 7 plus. One is for the casuals with standard specs, the other for the geeks with better specs.

The freedom he talks about is the same reason Heavy Rain wasn't released on Xbox. Microsoft is more strict in terms of what to put in a game such as nudity and kidnapping etc.. They have a the same mentality as NBC and Fox. While Sony is more like Netflix and Showtime.
The console is still a year and few months away, thats understandable many things could change during this time. While for Sony they only had 3-4 months to show the console to the public. I bet it will be unveiled fully in the next E3.

Let's be honest here, great games like recore, halo, gears and quantum break will never convince PS gamers to buy Xbox. Not because Xbox is bad or anything, therefore MS gaining new customers to buy their games without buying their console. Genuiss in my opinion.
Yet still more exclusives will 've announcedf or 2016... Not even mentioning the multiplatformg games.. Damn.. that's a busy year.
Last year was little bit busy for PS4 at the start of the year, while Xbox had the end of the year in their pocket. However, both consoles will spread their games for the whole year now.. what a lovely time :)

Anyway, it's a good type of hard which require skills to beat the game. Unlike Dark souls games where its difficulty just frustrating where you have to level up to beat the game.

For those who is asking"is remasters good now?" It's good only when people ask for them. Unlike God of war no one even had that thought in their minds. Also with MCC, MS did it right with all games, with all there online features in on disk. So you get what you paid for.
It's a Good thing that Arab countries ban these games. Its enough that these games influence our children in a negative way, and actually most of these scenes are unnecessary and not really needed.
