Interesting. I had not heard that they recently updated the quantum 3 engine for this game. I can't wait to see the improvements when they show the next and hopefully final teaser before the release.

It wouldn't surprise me to see a symphony of the night remake on wii or maybe a remake of MGS 2 or 3. EA and Ubi now have adequate knowledge of what wii is capable of might actually produce something decent now.
To all the folks who are blaming the recession for it's poor sales consider this. For the most part gaming has been proving to be recession p-roof and sales of consoles are still very very high in this bad economic environment. Also, why would you buy a PS3 for the blueray player when blueray players have recently gotten as low as 200 bucks?

I could only listed to about a quarter of this podcast before turning it off. The comments were more or less educated. (obviously sony biased). It's scary to me to think that their is a remote possibility that the PS3 might go the way of the Dreamcast, the Jaguar and the 3DO. All systems way ahead of their time with blockbuster titles and ended up a complete failure because of the price. Hope sony has an infinite flow of money to keep this boat afloat because it's not lookin' too good for the PS3.

Wow, all the rest I know but I love the reassurance of the 2009 lineup at the end. Looks like wii owners might be getting some respect around here by the end of 2009. Finally i see an animal crossing review by someone who appreciates the series. Most the reviews for this are very deadpan and you get the sense they didn't play it for too long before making their verdict. I almost want to get this game now. With all of the stuff they packed it in seems awful tempting.
But i'm unemployed for realz and cant even imagine affording this game let alone with wiispeak. Oh well guess I'll pray for a job before the conduit comes out.
