Really... You say this as an issue. I own this game digitally. Tell me what are the problems that i will be facing in after two months.
My friend owns a physical copy of base game. What are the problems he's going to face in two months?

Along with all the dlc... Its just not available for sale. Physical discs wont be manufactured further... The problem with existing physical copies on shelves is you will only get the game... No DLC or additional cars which is worse unless there is a complete edition.

Im all digital too. I want a console without cd/dvd/br drives. Im asking for choice and hope they do it. Im not in for streaming yet but for a console without disc drive. We have gigabit speeds but those are like cost of a full game per month which im not ready to pay for yet without seeing its success. If this streaming is free with games with gold then il continue... If its different the. Im wasting too much money.
What rumors... MS came out on E3 and said they are neither closing down nor settled. They brought studios and announced that they have started research to form next console which we might probably see in couple of years.

And regarding internal battery.... As long as they put the same grade of rechargeable battery from "play and charge kit" im fine. Its a premium product and needs premium life.
