They lost me with their clear intention of trying to go completely digital. I know what ms wants. I like physical releases and sony has done a fantastic job keeping up with that. Ms showed their true colors at that e3 for xbox one.
Bluray comes to mind.
I don't play online but I belive you are alright. Unfortunately there are alot of fickle people out there that will go out of there way to trash a company they wouldn't even buy product from to begin with

Yes, if its anything like operation genesis itll be great. Id say wait a couple more days and get the physical release. I just prefer physical releases.
If its just streaming then no. Ill stick to ps4 and switch atleast they still offer physical games.
Id buy this in a heartbeat if it was on ps4, gives me an oddworld vibe.
Not sure if your interested but maybe check out dex, if you play any old school type of games. I really enjoyed it
Try and get your game released physically, I'd suggest that. There are a ton of publishers out there that may help you.
I get it that there are alot of people that want this. I personally think sony should just do it. I don't play online games I think it's a waste of time. I game because I like single player games and an ocassional couch Co op game (what I was hoping for in the new mario and it wasnt). I just tire of these articles and people, o I'll boycott ps if this don't happen. Really because sony is still home to some of the best exclusives. You will miss out on some very very good games ...

No not even close, and the ps4 is still going. In fact I had to box my ps3 games up because I needed the shelf stand for more ps4 games
@moshm you must not have a ps4 there are a ton of variety from action, rpg, platformer, racing, fighting, hell even a couple good simulation games. Do you just play aaa games? There are also indie games and reality is their is alot of good ones out there, maybe buy a ps4 and check some of the variety out.
I'll agree with the ps3 to ps4 easy. The ps4 imo is killing what ps3 did. I especially like the bombardment of physical releases for ps4 where as during the ps3 it seems that physical was slowly going away. Between limited print runs and aaa releases I can't keep up. One thing I do miss though is ps1 and ps2 Era jrpgs like with turn based battles and what not. Don't get me wrong there's a decent amount on ps4 but most seem to have gone the actiony route. If a game on switch didn't run as good as ps4 or xbox wouldn't that kinda screw things up while playing. Again I don't play online but it sounds like it could be an issue
