I've been saying it all along. It seems most xbox players only play games on gamepass. Eventually devs are gonna slow down developing for it unless they are specifically getting paid to put their game on gamepass.
I rarely see articles for Xbox games unless they are on gamepass. Not like I see game articles for ps and Nintendo.

Thats what I don't understand people bringing up number of downloads for such and such game. That doesn't really matter at that point. Game sales is what the topic is and downloads don't equal game sales.
That's why a bought a one. I'll also get a series x when starfield releases.

There's alot of Xbox players that just don't buy games anymore and play games just on gamepass. You really just can't deny that. Sure some heavy hitters still sell gta will cod will madden(maybe) others won't be so lucky.
You even see games selling more on Playstation when sonys has nothing to do with marketing. So it helps for sure but it's not the end all be all.

Someone did point out when part 1 released there was only 25 mill ps3 and 30 mill 360s sold. If true selling 2 million is pretty good.
List is alright but I would've dropped. A couple and added some of the snes classic jrpgs.

It was pretty tough at first. I originally never heard of it. I was upstairs at a neighbors smoking and said to then hey let me check a game out. I went to my apartment threw it in and was hooked. Very fun but hard game till you get the hang of it.
I still remember kings field. That was the og fromsoft game if I remember right. Game was hard af. Alot in their games today can be traced
Or I just can't remember. This was 97 98
I'd still rather see them do a sci fi focused game.

I think ms has such i high minimum cause they are trying to usher in quicker the complete digital Era. Sony and Nintendo I've seen print runs as low as 1000 copies
I don't think many are surprised by it aside from a few here that are trying to back pedal and 🐈 pop out of it even though ms put it out there.
