Golden age lol. Sure. The Golden age of horror games has probably passed years ago. Same as rpgs. Especially jrpgs which was snes through ps2ish but mostly snes through ps1 imo. This isn't the Golden Era for horror games most of them coming out seem like knock offs of pt silent hill. While some look better then others, Golden. Age wouldn't be how I describe this Era.

So they make a game ps and Xbox and come out talking about the series s issues, even though ms studios have had issues themselves. But it's the dev talking sh trying to be in the debate. Why can't it just be the dev bringing it up because they are truly having issues. Devs wanna make money on both consoles and more then likely don't care about a fking console war lol. Get over it. The series s holds sh back
Depends how you look at it. I look at it in a bad way, far as taking jobs away from us humans.
A good way , maybe it speeds up development up.
In the end I'm gonna go with jobs are more important then development times.
Although more should have been expected I'm still going to pick this up in the 25 30 dollar range. Sounds like the ps5 version atleast runs. While all the fps and 4k does look nice I'm not to worried. Still not an excuse especially considering the trailer for the suikoden remasters look pretty solid when it comes to the changes.

I was cool with the remake of 2 then dude started chasing me and it just got annoying. Maybe it's been to long but I didn't remember that in the og, it added more of an annoyance to me. Sure the new ones might looked better but I'll take the old school anyday
Phoenix point if I remember was created by the original xcom developer or something to that affect. I did try gears tactics some months ago and I just couldn't get into it. It's probably just me

Just a heads up , there's a physical release also. Seen it last night on Amazon. I played around in part 1 for an hour or so but never picked it back up. No issue with the game just where I was at the moment. I did look a physical for the first game and damn it's pricey.

If someone gets into this I'd recommend getting the enemy within version. It's got all the dlc included so it's the better version. Wish the author would've atleast mentioned it. I didn't see it.
Fantastic game though. Xcom 2 is top notch also. I've spent countless hours in these games.

That's the reason for the nah. Online games just take away from the single player games. So many games could've actually turned out pretty dope but they went with the multiplayer for the sake to nickel and dime. Could you imagine how dope that evil dead game could've been if it'd had been single player. So many games out there with wasted potential.
I bought an Xbox because I was pretty hyped for this game , it needed more time in development and they released a game that was under par compared to what they talked about we were getting.
Can spend hours exploring planets and doing what find minerals, mass effect did this years ago. Ship building just like settlement building in fallout 4 does nothing for me. I didn't find anything addictive about ship building.
Open beta sounds to much like online to me. Nah.

Don't think I'd re buy them but for people like me it's cool. I had the first 2 on ps3 if I remember right. Sold those off when I read of a ps4 port. Well the ps4 ports came and life issues were more important. Next thing I know you can't find decent priced 1 and 2.
