no you dont have a cap yet. Indianapolis didnt have one either until 2yrs ago now there is a 1 tb cap and as I stream everything and game I had to choose between stream movies and music and playing games it sucked and the only ISP that provides a no cap plan is the smallest in Indianapolis, unless I wanted to add another 50$ to my already 100$ a month Xfinity plan for 75mbps, and the smallest dont provide service to my area. The ISPs are pushing for no net neutrality...
Not really. The infastructure just isnt their yet. Many countries dont have reliable speeds and some dont have high enough speeds. This all streaming nonsensical future is for the whales only and thats a shame corporations are pushing this BS on to the market. I think this will be a failure not usher in anything.
Um no most people were getting single digit to 12-15 frames in busy areas and now you can get almost 30 pretty steady. Also I cant stand the tired excuse "its cool to hate on plug game in hear" thats the fast way to show you're a fanboy who will praise said thing no matter what direction, bad idea or questional thing the dev does, its also the fast way to make your OP meaningless and a waste of time expressing it.

Phil and the team have done a good job but this gen is pretty much over. They have no games of note and the studios they purchased may be able to delivering games this gen but honestly I would expect it. Better to focus on being better for next gen launch of what ever scarlet will be.
