They never said it would play 8k games anyone that believed that was already an idiot. Cerny obviously means 8k video, though I have no idea why movie aren't even 4k and a lot of media isn't either unless its specific Prime, Hulu or Netflix produced media its a waste of resources.

No it doesn't the best path is the path of least resistant just like with water or electricity because air is a liquid for the purposes of engineering. A smaller fan regardless of static pressure will not produce more volume period it can under certain situation produce more velocity but velocity with out volume is useless. If you want to cool your system better and have a quieter fan, a bigger fan at at 800rpms speed is better than a smaller fan turn 1500rp...
