The graphics look great but I am hoping we can play without the sixaxis as it seems sort of "frustrating"
I am having trouble deciding between 360 and PC version, as I would like achievements and this is one of the games I will surely finish.

There is no way Gears looks better from the videos we have seen so far besides Crysis is way more realistic in its colors and effects than Gears could ever aspire to be. Euphoria is an animation and physics engine, so yes GTA4 uses RAGE and Euphoria, atleast according to many previews of GTA4
