YAWN!
These types of games should rely more on a players true skill. As far as I'm concerned Perks are nothing more than a handicap for those who don't possess such skills.
The clear winner here is ME! XD
Don't really care which "Cole" they use as long as the gameplay is awesome BUT if I had to choose the original Cole is just that. "Original"
If you can shoot the heads off of old ladies in GTA then playing as Al-Qaeda shouldn't phase you! Ever play as a terrorist in SOCOM? Most of us have, so what!? I don't see what the fussing is about, grow up and see it for what it is...a video game!
Just Pre-Ordered my copy! Yay!
I was all psyched to download it this morning until I saw it was 1200 points. Seems a tad high but I may just get it anyway, after all I've spent $60 for games that were about as long and only half as good...so.
If you truly feel it's overpriced then don't buy it!

I don't purchase many XBLA games but I am definitely getting this one. Looks awesome!
I absolutely LOVED Twisted Metal 1 & 2, we spent countless hours playing everyday. Unfortunately I think the series hiatus has hurt it more than anything, this style of vehicular combat almost feels outdated. I hope this new game can rekindle the fire in me and satisfy my destructive 'Sweet Tooth'. ;-P
I've been wanting a few games and now is the perfect time to get them. I won't order them online though, I like to inspect the disks and make sure the games come with the original box art and manual. I'm just picky like that! :-P
Lies or not when the Kinect arrives my purchase will depend strongly on it's reviews, popularity, games and support. If it's awesome then I'll purchase it and if not then so be it, no sweat off of my meat sack. What I WON"T do is be fooled into pre-ordering Kinect and becoming a MS test guinea pig.
My $0.02
[wages of sin said:] "Worst generation of GAMERS ever."
+1 Agreed!
I don't need to pit each systems exclusives against each other like some silly console heavyweight bout. I own both systems, so...bring on the games!
I WIN! NUFF SAID!
You can find deals on CD2 if you shop around a bit. I ordered my copy from DELL.com for $39.99 + free shipping. I wouldn't have bought the game for $60, it just doesn't have enough 'new' content to justify full price but $40 is a deal to me.
My biggest gripe is the $60 price tag for what is essentially the same game as the first with some added features. I'll wait and pick it up used or on eBay for less.
Truth is those who envy will also hate. From one fellow gamer to another I say kudos to you!
Btw, I've spent countless hours, days and even months of my life doing absolutely nothing...now that's a waste of life. At least guy is doing SOMETHING!
Play on both sides of the fence and it's only a matter of time before you slip and impale yourself. XD
I honestly don't care for it. Watching a 3D movie at the theater is one thing but I don't care for it at home and even less for gaming. 3D may be coming but that doesn't mean you HAVE to use/get it.
3D is nothing new, it's been around for centuries but only now being made for use at home. The entertainment industry is doing a good job at making people believe that this is the future. Don't believe the hype...it's not!
GIGGIDY!
