Completely agree with this, there was a lot of complaints about the elemental enfeebling nerf that was a long time error to get corrected and people were really mad about SE not communicating anything at that time also. When SE community relations member finally came to the forums, everyone was trying to be nice to make sure he would stick around. Mods and other forum members had stated the reason that people from the company do not come around as people are not nice to them. So people tried ...
I have no faith in them changing the TOS to any great degree for the next game, most of it is pretty standard but then again most companies don't fall back on half the crap like "we can do we want when we want and without your consent" type stuff.
As was mentioned by others SE has had what 7 years to get their crap together with their billing system, yet people are still getting double billed:
