No it should not. An option to play the chapters chronologically according to the timeline would be perfect imo.
The game needs a cinematic viewer. Also.. id love to play the story chronologically.
I hope part 3 is about Tommy. Maybe Ellie convincing Tommy to join her to make a cure. They have to find a cure somehow.. or else the story will probably never end
I know. I just wish he had some type of role in part 1. That would justify Abbys action more for the player. Other than that I think the game was perfect.
As for part 3... I hope we get to play As Tommy instead of Lev/Abby/Ellie.

If the doc had one line like "I have a daughter" or any type of role in tlou1 other than being a random character then tlou2 would make more sense and it would be easier to sympathize with Abby imo.
I personally think they could make Abby daughter of Marlene instead.. Now, Druckmann just did what Kojima did WITH ground zeroes and TPP. He made a random NPC (Metic) an ...
If they ended it there ppl would complain about the game being LGBTQ agenda. And everyone would cry about Ellie backing out etc.. I think Ellie going after Abby and sparing her was perfect. They could've given the player a choice whether to spare her or not tho.

They could've just made Abby darker and Marlenes sister or something. Maybe Nora instead of Abby. What about the other doctor? He was a nobody then?

They tried to make us hate a character we loved (Joel), sad for a character who was just s no name NPC in part 1(the doc) and like a character who didnt exists in part 1 who also killed the character most fans felt attached to (Joel).
The game was good tho. I liked the ending. I just always wanted to get back to Ellies story.
The doc shoulve had a bigger role in part 1. Back then I thought he was just a NPC. Kinda like the medic in mgsv gz.

yeah why not. With the ND team and their skills they are more than capable of bringing a new memorable agent in the gaming world like Snake and Sam. Give me an agent. And large bases to infiltrate!

The story was good. But gotta admit I found it hard to really like Abby even tho she did what she did for Lev etc.
Id personally prefer an alternate beginning where you could distract Abby and crew by taking a different route in or something. Where maybe Tommy died instead doesnt sound bad. We could then maybe have Joel telling Ellie who Abby is and why she is after them.

Just give me a dlc where I have a choice to save Joel. Maybe take an alternate way in and distract Abby or something. An alternate type of story. Kind of like you could do in mgs1 with Meryl.
Killing Abby would make Ellie look very bad imo. Abby spared Dinas life. Also.. She could've killed Ellie earlier but didnt.
I hope part 3 is about Tommy having his revenge on Abby.
