If nintnedo does go in a new direction, i hope they try to appeal more to hardcore gamers.

I'm still excited for the 3ds version. Not over the Wii U version but, i'm still pretty excited.
I just hope that online play is incredible to suffice for the lack of big screen local multiplayer that the wii u will have.

It was also a wireless game controller too which I still personally use til this day.
At the time I was 12, and it was pretty incredible to me since prior to the PSP my only soft modding experience was action replay on my GBA.
This is kinda cool, I think this could help the vita. I know a lot if people who bought the PSP purely because of all the incredible mods it had at the time.
I never put my PSP down because it was an emulation powerhouse.
I honestly could have lived without it, but i'm glad it's still in production i guess.

Fire hopping is an overrated issue.
It's not like snaking where it was nearly impossible to win without it, quit bitching.
THE REAL ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED ARE:
- actual battle tracks
- coins should be removed as an item
- being able to hold two items
